Manufacturing process:
 

1. Cutting: cut the cold-rolled steel plate with shears (backplane, side panels, door panels, roof panels, drawers, laminates, etc.)  with required size.
2. Stamping: use the punching machine to remove the corner and handle positions that need to be reserved.
3. Bending: fold the inner and outer hem with the bending machine.
4. Welding: spot welding with electric welding reinforcement.

6. Pickling and phosphating: The welded metal file cabinet down chemical tank for oil and rust.
